Returns & Refund Policy

At Eagleserve we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are in any way unhappy with the purchase please let us know. Our goal is your total satisfaction.

 

Store Return Policy                 

You can return your store purchased items to any of our offices within the state or province of purchase within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. You need to bring a government-issued photo ID and confirmation of the web order ID number with your items.

Online Purchases - Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item or service you purchased online through eagleserve.com you can request an RMA through RMA Request menu at the website. You can return the purchased item for a full refund within ten (10) calendar days of the receipt of the items.

Security enforcement items carrying software customized to meet specific business rules or objectives are not eligible for refund.

Items such as HSMs are not eligible for refund or exchange after software customization.

HSMs are eligible for exchange only but must be returned in the original packaging with absolutely no customization or setup done to the device by the customer. Please first call your account manager to discuss the return and then complete the online RMA application form.

Smart cards are not returnable.

Other items which are ineligible for a return include:

§  Electronic Software Downloads

§  Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)

§  DataSci Gift and Loyalty Cards

§  You may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, software that contains a printed software licence may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.

 

How to Return

To return your item(s) to Data & Scientific Inc. or Eagleserve.com,

Step 1: click “My Account” from the top line on the page

 

Step 2: Click “Returns” to the right under “Account”

Step 3: Login if you have not already done so. Your last order should show up.

Step 4: Select the order you wish to return.

Please read the information below before proceeding. It is important that you obtain an RMA online for all online orders. It is our utmost desire to make the return process effortless but we still must keep track of activities. Thank you in advance for obtaining an RMA first.

Locate the item you want to return and click the Return Items link. On the next page, select the item(s) you would like to return and click the Continue button.

We have a ten (10) working days return policy – it is really two weeks of grace. If you anticipate longer than two weeks to put the product into use please instead request a learner or tester product through your account manager as an alternative.

Next, verify the return item(s) and the return address on your address label. Once you have verified your return details, click the Print Now button to print your address label and packing slip. Affix the address label to the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip. We recommend using the original packaging if you are returning a computer.

Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund and send you a Return Receipt confirmation email.

For technical support with your new product

If you're having trouble with any new product purchased from the www.datasci.net/iStore or www.eagleserve.com online store, please visit online https://www.datasci.net/support or your account manager before attempting a return. If you made the purchase online or have no account manager, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-830-5299 for a return.

 

RETURNS:

Approved refunds will be issued in the form of credit to the customer’s account. The credit can then be used as payment to purchase other product or services. Refund credit can also be used as part payment for other products or service.

 

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange any product purchased through our online store please contact your account manager first. The email you received from us after your online purchase contains the name and contact detail of your account manager. Account managers are permanently employees of the company. Our goal is to make it easy for you to get value from the purchased product and to make any returns effortless if possible. Most of what we sell are fairly technical, the account managers are ready to make it easy to use those products and to make exchange and return very convenient.
